- Eligibility for Returns: You may return unused, defect-free items in their original, factory-sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery.
- Return Process: Please notify our support team with your order number. Once we verify the condition of the returned item, we will provide you with clear instructions for the return shipment.
- Refund Methodology: Once the item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method via our API-based digital service platform. Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
- Non-Returnable Items: For safety reasons, items that have been powered on, installed, or show signs of use are not eligible for return unless they are defective under warranty.
